Websites for landscaping and hardscape: your work sells through images

In landscaping and exteriors, the customer buys with their eyes. Your site needs galleries of your real projects, the areas you work and an estimate request that collects photos of the yard from the first contact. ALKAN builds that site — the work in the yard is yours.

01

Galleries that convince

  • Real projects organized by type: patios, pavers, retaining walls, lawn, planting, cleanup and maintenance
  • Before and after when you have them — they convince the most in this trade
  • Well-presented phone photos: you do not need a professional photographer to start

02

Estimate request with yard photos

The request guides the customer to describe what they want — a new patio, a wall, weekly maintenance — and upload photos of their space from the phone. You receive the context before scheduling the visit, and the final estimate is always yours.

03

Your real service area, not inflated

We list the cities and counties where you actually work. In landscaping, distance kills the margin: a site that is honest about your area brings you customers that actually make sense.

04

Visual concepts: illustrative, not finished work

The LANDSCAPE AI demo shows how a customer could see a visual concept of their yard before deciding. It is a demonstration of the tool: generated concepts are illustrative and we never present them as finished work or guaranteed results. Try it yourself.

05

A maintenance route is not an installation

In King, Pierce, Snohomish or Kitsap, list only the areas you truly serve for each service. For maintenance, the desired frequency and access matter; for an installation, the goal, available photos and approximate scope. Never publish customer addresses or present a generated concept as finished work.

Show local landscaping coverage — Align your services and galleries with your business's real areas.

06

Seasonal and recurring services

  • Present one-time projects (hardscape, installation) separately from recurring services (maintenance)
  • Different forms per service, so a fall cleanup is not mixed with a new patio
  • Call button always visible for the customer who prefers to talk

Questions

Straight answers.

Does ALKAN do landscaping or hardscape work?

No. We build the website and request systems for your business. The work in the yard is yours.

Are the demo's visual concepts real jobs?

No. They are generated illustrations to show how the tool works. On your site, your finished projects are presented as your real work, and any conceptual visual is clearly marked as a concept.

I have many photos but disorganized — do they work?

Yes. We help you select and organize them by project type. Real photos from your phone are exactly what the customer wants to see.

How do I separate recurring maintenance from a new patio?

Present both options separately. For maintenance, ask frequency and tasks; for a patio or hardscape, ask goal and approximate scope. The served area can differ between services. Those questions are configured for your business: no price or confirmed visit is deduced from the selection.

Can I take deposits or schedule visits from the site?

The standard flow collects the request for you to review and answer. Additional features like scheduling or payments are evaluated project by project according to what your business needs.
