Professional websites for contractors in Washington
Your website is where a customer decides whether to call you or keep searching. ALKAN builds contractor websites that show real work, load fast on a phone and turn visits into calls and organized estimate requests.
01
What a contractor needs on a website
Not just a pretty page. A contractor site has to answer the customer's questions in seconds: what do you do, where do you work, what does your work look like and how do I reach you?
- Project portfolio with your real photos, organized by type of work
- Clear service areas: the cities and counties where you actually work
- Call and estimate-request buttons visible at all times, designed for phones
- Consistent contact information: phone, email and business hours
- License and insurance when applicable, to build trust from the first visit
02
A practical estimate request, not a generic form
A form that only asks for name and phone forces you to call and start from zero. We design the request around your trade so it arrives with what you need before you call or visit.
- Type of work, location and project photos
- Trade-specific questions: measurements, materials, timing
- You review every request and decide; the final estimate is always yours
03
Bilingual when your market asks for it
Many customers search in English and many contractors serve in Spanish. Your site can be in English, Spanish or both, with separate, properly linked pages — not an automatic translation layered on one page.
04
What we need from you to start
- Real photos of your jobs (phone photos are fine)
- List of services and the areas you work
- Contact details and, if applicable, your license number
- A conversation about your business and your customers, with an agreed scope
05
Coverage and credentials you can actually back up
Before publishing, confirm which services you accept and where in King, Pierce, Snohomish or Kitsap you really work. The coverage is your business's, not an ALKAN office. Include only current registrations, licenses and insurance you can verify; a website does not certify that you can perform a job.
Visibility in your real area — Check the consistency between your site and your business profile.

See how it looks before you decide
We build functional demos for different trades: CONTRACTOR PRO (roofing, remodeling and general contracting), FORGE (welding and fabrication) and LANDSCAPE AI (landscaping and exteriors). They are demonstrations, not paying clients — try them yourself.

How long does a contractor website take?
It depends on scope: number of pages, languages and whether it includes an estimate system. In the initial review we give you a timeline and a price in writing before any charge.
Can I use photos from my phone?
Yes. Real photos of your jobs are exactly what convinces a customer. We help you organize and present them well.
What can I send for the initial review?
Share your current site if you have one, your trade and the cities or counties you actually serve. The ALKAN form receives text and contact details; it does not accept photo attachments. The gallery and any file uploads for your customers are defined in the proposal, not activated by requesting a review.
Will the site be mine?
Yes. The site and its content belong to your business. If you ever decide to work with someone else, we hand it over.
Does it include showing up on Google?
The site is built with the correct technical foundations for Google, but nobody can guarantee positions. If you care about local visibility, see our local SEO service for contractors.
